TREOTHAM Automation is distributing the Admiral AX mine safety barrier to protect miners.
The supplier says the Admiral AX has been designed for the protection of workers exposed to risks arising from the use of dangerous machines used in the mining industry.
The Admiral AX features two safe static outputs and has 7 types of protection which can work without external control units. This is because all the safety functions integrated inside the Emitter and the Receiver.
Treotham Automation claims the Admiral AX complies with the requirements of the European Standard EN 61496-1 and the International Standard IEC 61496-1-2.
