The insert contains an easy to follow pre-use operator checklist on the front and has the facility to record up to 32 inspections on the reverse.
Scafftag says the Forkliftag holder can be attached to any forklift in multiple ways using a cable tie, an adhesive, a screw or rivets. The Forkliftag insert can be supplied to you in a range of colours to ensure high-level visibility.
