GAAM Emergency Products has announced its distribution of Sava’s pneumatic high-pressure lifting air bags, which are designed to provide maximum lifting force in low clearance situations.
According to GAAM, the lifting air bags are well suited for heavy-duty, low profile heavy lifting, emergency rescue, HAZMAT management and industrial use, in turn making them suited for use during mine site emergencies such as a mine collapse or the rolling over of heavy vehicles and equipment.
The convex dimpled interlocking surface of Sava’s air bags is designed to provide superior gripping power when two lifting bags are stacked on top of each other, GAAM said.
The range of standard pneumatic lift air bags is further expanded with the addition of its heavier industrial lift bags, which are custom engineered for special purpose applications, such as heavy load shifting, dunnage, levelling or padded support.
The industrial lift bags are available in 11 standard sizes with a lift capacity of up to 70 tonnes.
