SENSEAR has released the SM1xSR Smart Ear Muffs, which improve the safety of miners by offering ear protection in noisy industrial environments, like mining.
The SM1xSR Smart Ear Muffs have been manufactured with the Speech Enhancement, Noise Suppression (SENS) design method and provide clear and safe communication within short 50m distances.
The supplier says the SM1xSR offers users ear muff-to-ear muff communication in environments where noise exceeds 85 dB, without the need to connect to other communications devices such as cell phone and two way radios.
