IMPERIAL Systems has introduced a new series of high-speed abort gates for use in leak detection, explosion control and dust collection systems.
According to the company, the High Speed Abort Gates isolate and divert fire and shock waves to protect workers and equipment in mining environments.
The gates feature a heavy-duty fully welded steel construction and limit switches for gate position indication. They are also equipped with a 110V control panel, manual gate reset and gate accelerating springs.
According to the manufacturer, the abort gates are fully compatible with all fire and explosive suppression equipment and are factory-tested prior to shipment.
Electric gate reset, inlet and outlet transitions and weather hoods are available as optional features.
