ACMER will hold a safety masterclass focusing on the fundamentals of leadership from 4 to 6 March 2009 in Perth.
The program is designed to provide experienced mining CEOs, senior executives and managers with an understanding on how to integrate safety, culture, systems and operations.
It will enable managers to meet and network with people from different countries and learn from experienced international facilitators.
According to ACMER, the course enables participants to align their personal values and organisational skills to design a vision for safety in Australian mines.
