DUSTCHEK dust suppressant from Earthco Projects will be joining the Tyre Crunch: Cost-efficient Haulage & Tyre Management Forum from 6 to 7 August 2009.

The DustChek team will be presenting a case study along with on-site experiences from an Xstrata Mine on how to reduce dust and improve haul roads using polymer stabilisation and maintenance.

According to Earthco Projects, the DustChek dust suppressant can help mine and quarry managers achieve dust control at mine-sites, while addressing crucial environment and OH&S issues.

DustChek can also reduce water use by up to 80% on haul roads or access roads in quarries, open cut and underground mines and in places where an ongoing watering program is in place.

The dust suppressant is environmentally friendly and can improve the running surfaces on mine roads, resulting in longer tyre life and enhanced traction.
